# Visual Storytelling Institute (VSI)

> The Visual Storytelling Institute, founded by Shlomi Ron in Miami, FL, offers executive narrative advisory and keynotes that help leaders turn AI-era complexity into stories people understand, trust and act on.

Shlomi Ron has 20+ years in digital enterprise marketing for Fortune 100/500 companies such as IBM, Nokia and American Express. He is co-founder & CMO of DecisionAdvantage.ai, taught Brand Storytelling for six years as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami Business School, and is a certified startup mentor. VSI has crafted narratives with Estée Lauder, Cable & Wireless and the American Red Cross. His lens comes from art: he manages the estate of video art pioneer Buky Schwartz and co-founded Cafe Pellicola, a blog on classic Italian cinema.

Core idea: a story moves people to act only when it mirrors the audience's own story, a "total eclipse" between the brand story and the customer's personal story.
